Our Barrel Aged Creamed Honey is the first of its kind, aged honey. It is stored in American White Oak Barrels, and we use traditional Nordic ageing techniques to impart a deeper flavour with undertones of vanilla & caramel from the casks.
A biscuit coloured honey, it has undertones of caramel and vanilla and a woody aftertaste courtesy of the barrel ageing. Resembles a jam in its viscosity and texture and works well spread on cookies, rusks, toasts and waffles.
