Gifting Requirement:
They wanted Christmas gifts as return favors for the event they were executing. Their requirement were hampers that incorporated the holiday theme with Christmas decor, ornaments, and other utility products.
Challenges:
The only challenge we faced during this order was the timeline. Since the client’s timeline was tight and they needed the hampers before the event, we had to rush the entire order process to deliver it timely.
We are based in Delhi, and the Christmas hampers were to be delivered in Mumbai, so we had to take the delivery time and production time into consideration while curating this hamper.
Approach:
We knew that we had an all-hands-on-deck situation since we had to pack 55 hampers in a short duration. So the entire team got to work - quality and quantity checks, curation, dispatches, everything was completely timely because no matter the timeline, we don’t do away with our order processes.
