Lehmann + Pioneers Group (LPDG) is an international IT consulting firm with one of its headquarters in Mumbai, India. This leading consulting firm guides customers through their IT journey with a holistic approach.
Part of the Minol-ZENNER Group, LPDG India was established in 2021, acting as a consulting partner for Indian businesses.
Gifting Requirement:
Since LPDG India opened their base in Mumbai, India, they have been looking for onboarding hampers for the new employees they’ll be hiring for the HQ. They wanted gift hampers that followed their brand color, white, and they were specific about wanting every product to be customized with their company’s name, including the gift box.
Along with all the products, they wanted a notecard for a personal touch with the name of the recipient as a way to welcome them to the team.
Challenges:
There weren’t any major issues that The Good Road faced in these 3 years working as their gifting partner. There were a few modifications that we made to the hampers based on the feedback from the team of LPDG India, such as improving the quality of the temperature bottle and adding the recipient’s name on the notecard.
The LPDG India team has been great to work with, coordinating every detail without fussing over minor things. They gave us the freedom to do what we do best.
Approach:
When we became the gifting partner for LPDG’s onboarding hampers for new employees, we followed their brief to the T. Every product was customized in the best way possible. In the case of the notebook, we went ahead with a customized sleeve instead of a sticker, which might have ruined the quality of the notebook.
They gave us feedback from time to time initially, and we made changes to the gift hamper accordingly. It’s now a seamless process, and we’ve continued providing them the same hamper for almost 3 years now.
