The Chapter, a part of Isprava Vesta Pvt. Ltd., is a real estate company in the luxury segment, assisting homeowners in India towards high-end living.
From building homes that speak to you to offering concierge services and a seamless experience, this company is all about understanding the modern homeowner’s requirements.
Gifting Requirement:
The Chapter has been our client since 2024, but we have been gifting partners for Isprava since 2023. They approached us to curate hampers for their employees’ birthdays as a way to appreciate their efforts.
Their requirement was a premium gift hamper that their employees would truly appreciate. They sought practical products and were inclined towards adding a birthday card inside the hamper for a personal touch.
Challenges:
Working with The Chapter has always been easy sailing. We didn’t encounter any issues with their orders in these three years.
Approach:
Our approach to their gifting query was to suggest product and packaging options that looked and felt premium. So, we went ahead with a small black MDF box for the packaging, and as for the products, we chose a scented candle, almond brittles, and a jar of coffee.
The client wanted the corporate gift hamper to be minimalistic and meaningful, so after back and forth regarding the options, we finally settled on these.
