Corporate Gifting Case Study - One Pay

About the Brand "One Pay"

One Pay is an all-in-one financial platform that guides people in growing, saving, spending, and borrowing money. They also partner with other companies to make financial progress easy for their employees by consolidating everything in one place. 

They are a U.S based company, and opened another branch in India a year ago.

 

Gifting Requirement: 

The One Pay team required 50 corporate gifts for their employees as a token of appreciation. 

They wanted every product to be customised with their logo and brand name, and the products they chose included a laptop bag, tumbler, laptop stickers, and a personalised notecard.

 

Challenges: 

Completing this order on time was a slight challenge because of the delay from the vendor’s side. The production timeline was longer for the products in the hamper, but the company wanted 10 out of 50 hampers to be delivered urgently in August.

So we had to rush the vendors, constantly check with them, and then we realised later that there was an issue with the logo that was customized, so we had to get that redone again.

Approach: 

Our approach was to keep everything ready as it came from the various vendors, so that by the time everything's at the office, we can quickly get to work and curate the hampers to be dispatched to Bangalore.

It was honestly a race against time, but we were successful in sending out our first batch on time.
