Ludic is a footwear-first lifestyle brand, primarily focused on Indian style, fit, and culture. They are building a homegrown and original brand in a market that is already saturated. However, what sets them apart is their vision to create a brand that can compete with international ones.
This brand believes that Indian brands have what it takes to take over the footwear industry in India, and have already become a brand many people trust and rely on for their footwear needs.
Gifting Requirement:
Ludic’s gifting requirement was a simple one. They wanted a small and compact gift hamper for employees on Diwali that looked festive and thoughtful.
These hampers were meant for their employees and clients, so they wanted something that felt personal and meaningful while also incorporating that festive cheer.
Challenges:
Every order comes with its own challenges, and this order was no different. Even after ensuring that everything was perfect from our end, we got stuck when it came to the delivery of these corporate Diwali gifts.
Due to an increase in demand during the festive season, even the delivery services are swamped. Therefore, some of our hampers reached the recipients slightly later, but it was something completely out of our control.
Approach:
We’ve worked with Ludic for more than 2 years now, so our working relationship with them has always been a great and understanding one.
So, like every year, we put in all our efforts and time into packing Ludic’s order. It was the first order we started working on because we wanted to dispatch the hampers on time. The entire team worked on their hampers because of the large quantity, and since the hampers were white jute bags, we ensured that the entire packaging table was clean before the hampers were placed there for packing.
We did dispatch the Diwali hampers on time; however, the delivery delay was something completely out of our control.
