Gifting Requirement:
Inshorts reached out to us in 2022 for curating customized hampers to celebrate work anniversaries, expressing gratitude for exiting employees, and for welcoming their onboarding members. They wanted each category’s hamper to be different from the other, not just in appearance but in the type of products inside the gift boxes as well.
Challenges:
We were a budding business at the time, so to get such a huge client was a big deal for us. It was a challenge to finalize the product list because the company was extremely particular about what went inside the hamper, and rightfully so. They wanted meaningful products that would serve a utility purpose for their employees in and out of the office while also keeping the occasion in mind. It took a long time to get everyone on board with all the product selections.
Approach:
Our strategy was simple: understand Inshorts’ requirements and suggest products and packaging options accordingly. We decided to go ahead with an assortment of products for every hamper category, including edibles, office essentials, and much more. Their team was keen on adding customized products, like t-shirts and hoodies, and chocolates, and along with that, they wanted their logo to be customized inside the trunk. It led us to reach out to vendors who could handle bulk orders for such customizations, but Inshorts’ team was immensely cooperative the entire time.
