Novatro -
Novatro is a newly established company, having become the world’s most advanced intelligent manufacturing platform. They were founded in 2024 and currently have 11-50 employees across different countries.
Gifting Requirement:
Since the company is still in the process of recruiting people, they wanted welcome baskets for the employees who were located in different parts of the world, including India, Canada, the US, and Australia.
They were clear on including branded items like office essentials, merchandise, tech gadgets, and more. They wanted the gift hampers to be meaningful and target 25 - 45 year-olds.
Challenges:
In our business, it’s always a challenge to source the same products that we suggested a few weeks back because, by the time the order is confirmed, they might be out of stock.
The same happened in the case of Novatro; the pens that they had chosen went out of stock, so we had to settle on two different designs of pens. Another challenge came at the time of shipping the hamper internationally.
Due to some security policies, we couldn’t add the wireless clock to the international gift baskets, so we had to switch to another alternative that could be delivered. However, Novatro’s point of contact was incredibly understanding during the whole process.
Approach:
The hampers were to be shipped to different locations around the world, so we first decided to segregate the hampers according to their destination. For instance, four hampers for India, 2 for the US, and so on.
Then we got to curating the baskets in a way that by the time they reach their destination, they are in the best condition. So, we added extra layers of shredded paper for protection and made everything fit perfectly well in the welcome baskets, with their customized cards and tags.
