Empowerists was established in 2003 and has since then been on a journey to help individuals and businesses to reach their full potential. They do so by offering their tech or personalized support services to people, assisting them on their journey to growth.
They have over 300 employees globally, working under various brands and helping people around the world. They have offices in Bangalore, Toronto, Montreal, and Boston.
Corporate Gifting Requirement:
The company was looking for corporate gifts to welcome their new employees. They wanted a sleek and stylish hamper with desk essentials, including a pen, diary, and so on. Plus, they wanted every product and packaging to be customized with their company name or logo.
Challenges:
Everything went smoothly with this order, apart from one setback, which was the delay in the delivery of boxes. They chose a white vegan leather box, for which we gave the order to one of our packaging vendors; however, it took longer than we anticipated for these boxes to reach us.
This led to the overall timeline being pushed slightly further, which resulted in us rushing to pack the orders as soon as the boxes arrived, to avoid any more delay.
Approach:
Our approach was to ensure that every product and packaging was quality-checked, despite the tight timeline. It was our first time working with this company, so we wanted the corporate hampers to reach the destination safely. Since this was a pan-India delivery, we made sure that all the orders were packed and ready for dispatch on time, since it would take some time for them to reach their destination.
