About The Company
W for Woman has always stood for contemporary fashion rooted in Indian craftsmanship. Fresh off their Paris Fashion Week showcase, they were preparing to launch their latest collection in India, and they wanted that same energy to translate offline.
Gifting Requirement
When the brief landed with us, it was clear this wasn't just a PR dispatch job. The ask was to create something that felt like an extension of the collection itself - elegant, fashion-forward, and unmistakably Parisian. Before an influencer wore the garment, before they saw the campaign or walked into a store, they would experience the brand through this box. That's a lot of responsibility for a hamper, and honestly, it's the kind of brief we live for.
W for Woman needed 40 premium hampers delivered to influencers, celebrities, and media personalities across India, each carrying their latest garments alongside carefully curated branded merchandise. Inside every box went a custom MDF coaster set, a metal keychain, a scented candle, a hardcover journal, their collection’s garment, and a personalised greeting card with a wax seal for each recipient. Everything was packed in a pine wood slider box lined with shredded paper, and the outer was decorated with ribbon and fresh gypsums. The garments were shipped to us directly by the client.
The budget was ₹3,000 to ₹4,000 per hamper. The expectation was an unboxing that felt like a little piece of Paris had travelled across cities and landed on someone's doorstep. That gap between budget and expectation is exactly where we do our best work.

Challenges
Midway through procurement, the metal keychains got delayed at the vendor's end. It sounds minor until you realise everything else was already moving - personalised printing, garment sorting, recipient matching, multi-city delivery coordination. One stuck piece had the potential to hold the whole timeline hostage.

Approach & Result
We didn't pause and wait. While the vendor was being followed up, the rest of the team kept going with box preparation, quality checks, card personalisation, and garment organisation. Everything that could be done was done! When the keychains arrived, they slotted straight into hampers that were already prepped and waiting.
Every hamper went through multiple checks before it was sealed - right garment, right card, right name, right city.
40 hampers, 0 mix-ups, delivered across India on schedule!

Ultimately, W for Woman got a gifting experience that felt as intentional and Parisian as the collection it was celebrating.
