The Souled Store:
The Souled Store, founded in 2013, is a merchandise retailer, famous for its wide range of products, including t-shirts, backpacks, phone covers, and more. Their products incorporate the pop-culture vibe, resonating with Gen Zs and millennials.
It’s a one-stop shop for all apparel and accessories. Their strong online presence and physical stores have seen significant growth in recent years.
Gifting Requirement:
The Souled Store wanted four different categories of Diwali hampers for employees, clients, and their brand ambassadors. They were clear with their brief; they wanted premium and customized gift hampers for employees, and after some back and forth, we finalized two baskets, a trunk, and a gift box for their order.
They also wanted their in-house chocolates to go inside all the hampers, so we got those delivered to our office before the curation began.
Challenges:
The only and biggest challenge we faced with The Souled Store’s Diwali hampers was delivery delays. Since the festive season is always a rush hour for delivery companies, we faced a lot of issues ensuring that the hampers reach the client on time. Despite trying several other delivery services, we were unable to find the right fit.
Some of the hampers either did not reach the client at all or were delayed, which was a major setback for us because it was out of our control.
Approach:
Even though Diwali is a hectic time for us, we ensure that we understand the client’s requirements carefully. The Souled Store wanted four different categories of Diwali gift hampers with their branding on the ribbons and tags.
We got to work and placed orders for the customized products, so that they arrive on time. The client was clear that they wanted the hamper to incorporate the festive vibe while also being practical in terms of the products.
