About The Company
Some projects are less about gifting and more about first impressions. Osto came to us needing onboarding kits for new employees - something that looked clean, professional, and unmistakably them. They wanted when a new team member opens this kit, he/she should immediately feel like they've joined a company that is welcoming.

Gifting Requirement
The requirement was for 30 fully branded onboarding kits, all inclusive within ₹2,600 per kit. Nothing extravagant - just practical, well-designed, and completely on-brand. Inside every canvas bag went a branded diary, a ball pen, a 500ml bottle, a 350ml tumbler, a round-neck t-shirt, and a collared t-shirt, along with a personalised notecard. Every single product carrying the Osto name. The canvas bag itself was branded, making the whole kit feel cohesive from the outside in.
Challenges
The client had one very clear requirement that everything needed to be in navy blue, which is their primary brand colour. Sounds simple until you're actually trying to source six different product categories in the exact same shade, within a tight budget and an even tighter timeline. Honestly, not every product we looked at came in the right navy, and the ones that did weren't always within budget. We went back and forth with multiple options, colour variations, and combinations before landing on a selection that held together visually without pushing costs over the edge.
Just when production was moving along smoothly, a new challenge came in. The client had T-shirt sizes only for 16 out of 30 employees. The remaining sizes would come in later, in batches.
Approach & Result
We could have pushed back and asked them to consolidate everything before we started. Instead, we figured out a way to make it work around their onboarding schedule. Production and dispatch were broken into phases based on size availability, which meant tracking pending information, managing inventory separately, and making sure every kit that went out, regardless of when it was packed, looked exactly the same as the first one.
It's the kind of thing that adds work on our end but makes the whole process easier for the client. And honestly, that's just how we prefer to operate. All 30 kits were delivered, consistent in quality and presentation, right through to the last batch.
At The Good Road, we turn employee gifting into a brand experience - taking care of everything from product sourcing and colour matching to personalisation and phased logistics. Whether you're onboarding 10 people or 500, we make sure every kit lands with the same care and consistency. If that sounds like what you are looking for, we'd love to help.
