Great Value Realty is a real estate company working across residential and commercial developments, with a focus on spaces that balance thoughtful design with modern living.
Gifting Requirement
The brief came in for a press conference that needed 35 hampers going out to media, with a budget of ₹3,500 per hamper. The ask was for something that had a bit of everything without feeling random. Useful, homey, a little indulgent, and put together in a way that actually looked good.
We landed on a daily planner, a submarine pen with personalised names, a Niana scented candle, a mini origami paper lamp, peri peri ragi crisps, a hazelnut chocolate bar, and easy-pour coffee sachets. Everything went into a customisable MDF vegan leather box, dressed with shredded paper, a silk satin ribbon, a personalised branded tag, and a notecard. On paper it sounded simple, but in practice, we had five days to make it happen.

Challenges
Five days to finalise the hamper contents, get everything procured, run quality checks, assemble all 35 hampers, and have them delivered to the venue in Noida. That's already a tight window, and then one of the products we had locked in fell through. The journal we had originally finalised couldn't be delivered within the timeline as the vendor simply wasn't in a position to make it work. So, with no time to dwell on it, we had to find a replacement quickly, get it in front of the client for approval, and make sure it still sat well within the overall look and feel of the hamper. All of this was happening while everything else was already in motion.

Approach & Result
There was no option to do things sequentially here. While the alternate journal was being sourced and approved, the rest of the products were already being checked and cleared. Packaging was being prepped at the same time, personalised elements were being worked on in parallel, and nothing waited for anything else to finish before it got started.
Once everything came together, the hampers were assembled, checked one last time, and packed for dispatch. All 35 reached the venue in Noida on time, exactly as planned. The kind of project that looks seamless from the outside but keeps you on your toes the entire way through, and that's honestly just part of the job.
