Great Value Realty: 

Great Value Realty is a real estate firm, building homes with trust and credibility. Established in 1970, this company has experienced the changing industry and times, making it unparalleled among others in the business. Their vision is to create unique, customer-focused solutions that ensure a long-term relationship.

Gifting Requirement: 

GVR was precise and clear with their requirements. They wanted the gift hamper to include a variety of products, including premium stationery, edibles, and home decor items, to give the media personnel at the press conference a peek into what it’s like collaborating with them.

Challenges: 

The only challenge The Good Road team faced was the time crunch. The company placed the final order on Saturday, and they needed the hampers by Wednesday, so it was a race against time.

Since it was such short notice, the team tried their best to dispatch the hampers by Wednesday, but couldn’t, so we dispatched them on Thursday, first thing in the morning.

Approach: 

When the GVR reached out to us for corporate gift hampers, our CRM team curated 3 options for them, keeping their specifications in mind.

Our approach was to be as quick and flexible as possible. We contacted vendors that could deliver on the same day or the next day, so that there wouldn’t be any delay with the product sourcing. The production team made several calls to vendors and brands, trying to negotiate the timeline because we were already on a time crunch, and we couldn’t do away with our process of quality check of each product.

By the time all the products reached the studio and were QC’d, we only had a day left to pack and dispatch the hampers, so we got to work and quickly, but efficiently, dispatched them on Thursday morning.
