Yes, we have an MOQ for Custom Bulk Projects. But the MOQ vary based upon the gift type and scope of requirement.
Although, there is no MOQ from our Ready-To-Ship Hampers Collection in our online shop. Standard Shipping also in included within India.

Custom Bulk Project
Each project is carefully curated and assembled to your specifications. Therefore, we like to have at least 3 weeks to complete our Custom Bulk Project process including design work, sourcing, gift assembly and shipping. At certain times of the year, we may require more notice based on availability. We do accept rush projects on a case by case basis. Please ask and we will do our very best to meet your deadline!
Read to Ship Collection
Our gift boxes are artisan in nature and proudly made to order! Once you place your order, allow 1-3 business days for production plus transit time for delivery, not including the date your order was placed. (For example, if you place your order on a Monday, the latest your gift would ship out would be on Thursday.)
Bulk orders or orders requiring customisation (personalised gift tags, notecards, product customisation, branding on packaging) are subject to longer production times. These longer production times are specified on each product page where applicable.

For all e-commerce transactions, we gladly accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking & UPI transactions.

Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. In the unlikely event your gift box has arrived in less than perfect condition, please notify us with relevant pictures and videos within 48 hours of delivery so we have the opportunity to make it right for you. We ship anywhere in India via Delhivery, BlueDart & Porter.
Delhivery is a Standard Delivery mode, which takes anywhere between 3-7 business days depending on the location.
BlueDart is an Express Delivery mode, which takes anywhere between 24-48 hours depending on the location.
Porter is a Same-Day Delivery service for both Retail as well as Bulk orders, which is only applicable for Delhi-NCR region.

We can arrange your gift to arrive on a certain day only if you inform us about the same while placing the order and agree to pay for Express Shipping service.

Online Shop Orders
A tracking number is generated once we print your shipping label, which is always done on the same day that the gift ships out. You will receive an email notification letting you know that your gift has shipped and the tracking number will be provided at that time. If you have not received a tracking number and you believe your gift should have already shipped, it's possible that the shipment notification email has landed in your spam filter or has been denied by your email server.
The shipment notifications come directly from our Shopify system and we have had many clients unable to receive these emails based on restrictions set up at the email server level.
We understand that this is frustrating and unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control.

At the conclusion of your project once your gifts ship out, our Operations Team will send you a spreadsheet with all of your recipients listed along with the corresponding tracking numbers for each.

If you placed an online order and did not immediately receive an email confirmation, it's possible that the shipment notification email has landed in your spam filter or has been denied by your email server. The shipment notifications come directly from our Shopify system and we have had many clients unable to receive these emails based on restrictions set up at the email server level. We understand that this is frustrating and unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control. However, if you shoot us an email at hello@thegoodroad.in, we are more than happy to provide you with a copy of your order if you don't see it in your spam folder.

Since we are sending gift boxes directly to gift recipients the majority of the time, no, we do NOT include a receipt inside the shipping box to accompany the gift. You, as the gift giver, will receive an email confirmation immediately upon placing your order which can serve as a receipt or if you need something additional, please contact us via hello@thegoodroad.in and we are more than happy to help.

We will use your email to provide order confirmation, delivery tracking, and information relevant to The Good Road Gifting. We respect your privacy, and we hate spam just as much as you do. Rest assured that your email address or personal information will not be provided to any third party.
What happens if my gift gets sent back to The Good Road as a return-to-sender?
What happens if my gift gets sent back to The Good Road as a return-to-sender?
If your gift is returned to our studio as undelivered, we are happy to re-ship your gift following this protocol:
- We notify you via email and/or phone call that your gift box has been returned and the reason it was returned (i.e. declined by recipient, recipient not available at the given address, recipient fail to connect with the delivery partner, invalid address)
- You provide us with an updated/valid mailing address to attempt re-delivery.
- We open the shipping box and adjust anything that may have shifted around within the gift box during transit to make sure the gift is in perfect condition to be shipped again.
- We repackage your gift in a brand new, clean shipping box with new packaging material.
- The fee to re-process return-to-sender gifts is ₹499 plus the actual cost of postage.
- We will send you an invoice electronically and once the invoice is paid, we will re-ship the gift to your recipient within 2 business days.
- If the invoice is not paid within 5 business days of the invoice being sent, the gift is considered unclaimed and becomes the property of The Good Road Gifting.
